Didn't you buy a bitless bridle last year or was that another blogger?

Good to see you back.

That was great video update!!! Never seen that before! HAHA! You are so funny.
You will love dressage..if you like research( like you do) and the cause and effect of everything you seem to be pursuing Mell...You have to get into the theory of classical dressage. It is a never ending quest( but not tiring at all) for the balanced seat and correct dance with your horse...when you got it right..it is a DREAM!

Boots..you mentioned them...well, geting them to fit and stay on is the fist part...then there are studs( you drill them into the toes of the boots) you'll need to keep Daisey from falling from slipping. It can be done..I hear of eventers that do it!

You have great goals and will learn so much this year..right on girl!!

Bethany: Ohhhh goodness...thanks. :P lol

Sydney: yes, I did try a nurtural...and it didn't work out. Daisy was *ticked off* right away because of the noseband, and she held her head really high trying to avoid it...she really didn't like it. I took her out on the trail, and she seemed to be doing ok with stopping, so I asked for a trot, and slowly a canter, and from there, there was no stopping her. I've never ridden her before to the point where I had absolutely no control, but that's what I got with the bitless...for slow flat work, it may have worked, but considering I do a lot of galloping and I need to be able to stop, I couldn't use it...I was kinda disappointed, but...

Kacy: Don't you have boots? what kind do you use? (of the Easycare ones)...I'm leaning toward Old Mac's G2's...
